This thing seems to also some sort of pecking order on the staff.
When Mc Murtry screwed up, he was dropped several vertical spaces.
Mark Rigsby is on there but has not been on the air in years.
All the rookies are at the bottom.
Deborah Linz has dropped a place or two.
