Sorry, but I don't think the song (Rockstar) is all the bad. I also think that Kid Rock is one of the only acts out there who knows what a rock star is supposed to act like, or at least what they should write songs about.

I'm still working on that playlist of 4000!

I gotta hear this station! It seems that, anymore, most stations don't have a playlist a tenth of that size. Which leads to exasperating repetition. Which leads to burnout. Which makes them BOR-ing.

so, it's a 2,345 song library then. don't see how you can count songs that aren't available for airplay as part of your library.

if that's the case, at my last station we had a 7,000 song library. but it included urban inspirational, country, bluegrass, ac, and rock. 958 of them were rock. anywhere from 450-550 were in rotation at any one time.

OK, let's see...we've gone from a "4000 song rotation" to a "4000 song library."

Now, clearly, there's a huge difference in the two. So which is it? In other words, if a list were to be made of all the tunes that the station would play as part of their current "format," how many recordings would that list include?

Classic Rock genre. From those we have 2,345 able to be
played and or requested.
