Don Blankenship and an ABC-TV news reporter got into a tussle during an interview attempt in the parking lot of the Massey Energy chief's Kentucky office, but the two sides have different versions of the incident:

Blankenship told the Charleston Daily Mail he couldn't recall any threats. "Quite frankly, I don't know what I said except that I know I'm never loud, vulgar or rude to strangers."

This is the most honest and truthful statement of anything. Don Blankenship never raises his voice and he never has to say anything vulgar. He can whisper a remark and make you feel like an ass without even making a statement to the such. In all of the meetings that I was around him, he never uttered a vulgarity.
