Is it common practice for employers to sell training DVDs to potential or current employees?

This is new to me.

There's something I've been wanting to share with you all...

Recently, King Wamobamo of Nigeria was working with me to move his money into the US before he was overthrown by a revolt. Unfortunately, the Bamos speared him to death before we could finish this transaction.
