I've been listening online to Pulse 87 (WNYZ-LP/New York, NY) and I've enjoyed what I've heard. It's mostly dance remixes of popular hip hop songs, which is right in my wheelhouse. While I enjoy the dance music channels on Sirius, I actually like Pulse 87 better, at least so far.

Awesome. Sounds like Z-100 remixed...

Stream is shaky, though.

On the tech side, are they broadcasting in stereo? Where are they transmitting from? And how well does the signal plow through the Manhattan skyline, where most of their presumed target audience probably lives?

Using URL Snooper I did manage to get a direct link that will work in winamp and foobar. They are streaming in the ogg format and the link is http://wnyz64.streamonfiber.com/play-64k.m3u
