For those of you who have had a problem understanding it, maybe this will help:

Hi. Iâ€™m John Conrad (WVVW, WTCS, WFGM, WCLG, WPDX, WMMN, WRLF, WZST). Iâ€™m running for President of thisy here United States (not really). Now, I know youâ€™ve never heard of me beforeâ€¦but ask ten kids on the street today who Millard Fillmore was and their reply will either have to do with a comic strip ("Millard") or what they want their parents to do to their pockets ("fill more"), so I guess it wonâ€™t matter in time anyway. As for me? I always thought it had to do with Buddy Wilson (WFGM, WTCS, "Sweet Bubba's Music Box") hitting the big time ("Fillmore East", "Fillmore West").

Now seeinâ€™ as how Iâ€™ve been thrown into this election ("The Aaron Scott Show", WZST), Iâ€™ve got a little bit to learn. Over a period of years I think Iâ€™ve grasped the art of beinâ€™ thrown out (forcibly ejected from finer eateries along with some lesser known dives), but this beinâ€™ thrown in is all new territory. But I do think I have a pretty good shot at winning this thing, or at least getting a copy of the â€œtake home versionâ€

I am crushed.

First, Dennis Kucinich removes his tin foil hat and heads home to Cleveland. Now it turns out John Conrad is an impostor and, worse yet, a known broadcaster. Which of the remaining candidates has the vision to incorporate the Fry Daddy proposal? None. The hopes of a nation are dashed again.
