Remembering Ray "Snoop" Brooks
NBC Six is mourning the death of a West Virginia legend.
Ray Brooks worked at NBC Six for more than forty years, back when it was called WHIS-TV.
Brooks had several ties to the community.
He designed the Graham G, the original Beaver B and the WHIS station logo.
He was most recognized for his role as Snoop in the local TV hit, "Scoop and Snoop."
