Michigan coach RichRod says his lawyers will reply to the WVU lawsuit with a "Bombshell". I wonder if Gov Joe promised him an eMBA?

From WSAZ:
Mike Brown, the agent for former WVU Coach Rich Rodriguez, told CBSSports.com that there will be a "bombshell" in his client's legal response to a lawsuit filed by West Virginia University.
WVU is suing Rodriguez to force him to pay the $4m buyout clause in his contract. Rodriguez's attorney moved the case to federal court with a motion last week.
Brown is also quoted in the CBSSports.com article as saying that West Virginia Governor Joe Manchin and WVU President Mike Garrison will have some explaining to do. Manchin's spokesperson told wsaz.com they have no clue about the "bombshell". A call to the president's office at WVU was not returned.
Rodriguez quit in December to take a job as the head coach at the University of Michigan.

Yep, they'll have a bombshell, as soon as they figure out what it is. I hope, for their sake, that they get all the conspirators together in one room before they announce it, so they can at least get their story straight this time.
They NEED a bombshell, to distract everyone from the fact that their client won't fulfill a contract that he signed his name to, and that he's willing to throw his honor under the bus to save some money. C'mon, big boy, it should be worth 4-mill to get your dream job. Just admit it.

THAT'S their bombshell?? LOL... An employee kept threatening his employer that he'd quit unless they turned over control of the business to him? In nearly every business, (including radio) that will get you fired sooner or later.
It's a good thing he left when he did, or we'd have lost the bowl game, too.

I have been on both sides of that.
