He'll probably get six months and be forced to make restitution and pay a hefty fine (then again, he's in broadcasting, so the fine attached to a speeding ticket will consume several months of salary, so his great-great-great-great-great-great-grandchildren might be paying it off).

Jim always seemed like a decent guy when I would run into him too.

So do we send our packages to Bobby Hall now if we want the Greenup County gig?

P.S. An Alford Plea is like a no-contest plea. He's admitting to the facts as the prosecutors have laid them out.

Actually, no. An Alford plea, as explained in the article, is merely an admission by the defendant that the prosecutor has enough facts and proof to prove guilt. It does NOT admit guilt....it basically amounts to: "I admit nothing, but you got me. What's my sentence, please?"
