LOL!!
Here's what Mitch Vingle said about it in this mornings WV Gagzette...
"Go ahead. Win 11 games at UM, yet lose to Ohio State. See how that goes over. Do it two years in a row and we’ll see you back on the Tulane sideline."
-Mitch Vingle, Sunday Gazette-Mail

I love it!
Wanna see some people upset... go to http://mbd.scout.com/mb.aspx?S=159#s=159&f=2508 (it's bluegoldnews.com's football forum)
Someone said that he could walk on Cheat Lake in West Virginia!
This is hilarious. First of all, a football school steals their basketball coach (who, while he has stayed places doesn't have a great loyalty record, he wasn't at Richmond or WVU any longer than the average coach), and now they nail the football coach.
At least down in Huntington, when Marshall hires an alum, he doesn't usually leave for a better job. Yeah, yeah, I know, Pruett was going to Houston and the deal got blown up. But he stayed and left on his own terms.
Greg White on the other hand, he went back to a less stressful position at UC where he had been before. And Greg has enough money from his wife that he could be a stay-at-home Dad and still live in South Hills. Besides, he was gonna be run out of town. I don't think he left on his own accord, especially for a bigger and better job. Michigan might be down right now, but it's cyclical, they'll get the players. And if there are any Michigan caliber players in West Virginia, Rich just might have the inside track on them (how many players from Florida came to Huntington while Pruett was here? Several, I believe... why... because Bobby recruited there for UF).
