May not get BCS berth.

Agreed. I'm not saying this because I'm a "Marshall Guy" but the Mountaineers and their fans had this coming. Yes, you are a talented team, far better than my Thundering Herd, but the truth is you couldn't handle the big one, thus YOU CHOKED. WVU, despite being a fantastic team with great coaches and, well uh, fans WVU had no business being discussed in a national championship conversation.

I have always tried to root for BOTH WVU and Marshall when it comes to sports. I'll never forget how awesome it was when WVU went to Norman and beat Oklahoma!

Sadly, the trash talking that some of the Eers fans have done in the past in reference to the Marshall Football team has made it difficult to root for WVU all of the time.

Facts are Facts...

Like it or not, WVU always chokes...

Doesn't matter who the coach is or who the players are, at some point they ALWAYS choke...

It's just what they do..

It's just who they are..

They are chokers... Period!

Last night was the biggest choke in the history of WVU sports...

For those cool Eer fans that are like me and root for both, or are atleast cool enough not to talk too much trash about Marshall..

All you have to do is call up a Cubs or a Lions fan... They can relate to how WE feel! This sucks... But life rolls on!!!

And for those WVU fans that had the audacity to slam Marshall, claim that the only reason why anyone followed Marshall was because of the plane crash, refused to see the Marshall movie because you are an "Eer Fan", and whined when WVU was finally FORCED to play Marshall, I give you a heartfelt:

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA

C-H-O-K-E!!!!

Employment situation is T.B.A...

But the fact that I plan to start on my Masters Degree at Marshall this Spring has been in the works since 2005 and I am ready to get it rolling!!

Animal and myself still need to come down and hang with ya...

Youll have to blame Animal and his schedule for dat one!!! lol

That's my big beef with WVU is their arrogant fans. Plain and simple.
If they weren't such jerks(not all but most) they may have won last nights game.
But because they were throwing rocks at the Pitt buses on the way in, that just fueled the fire.

Good for Pitt. Its about time someone calls them out for their behavior.

I was hoping for a WVU vs. Ohio State BCS Title game, if for nothing else to see the message board wars it would have inspired on here (and the inevitable taunting after the fact, no matter who won.)
