I rather must agree with the one comment suggesting a bit of an "American-centric" slant to the article. True, none of the mentioned offerings would send my gustatory sensibilities into rapturous states of ecstacy, but neither do plenty of the things that we Americans generally consume on a daily basis.
But, the sheep's head does have some potential...
And, we eat fish eggs (caviar) and chicken eggs on a regular basis, so the ant eggs probably don't really represent too much of a reach...
Really, bleu cheese is basically full of mold...

Two misses on this list. Lye or sodium hydroxide is used every day in baking pretzels and I think all of us enjoy a good pretzel. I learned this fact the hard way when I got my hand near the "lye" dispenser of an automated pretzel making machine and thought I was going to have the skin eaten away from my bones. just a couple of drops of this very caustic substance is very very painful.
And the wealthy Greeks still enjoy goat heads regularly in the U.S. I was invited to partake in this supposed delicacy (by my Greek friend who makes pretzels using lye).
Nah... Not on my watch.

Every part of the Pig is edible.
I have eaten everything but the chitterlings (pronounced chitlands.)
(12 hours later after original post)
I know I have just eaten every part of the pig (sans bones/intestines) with my favorite Philly breakfast food... A scrapple sandwich with mayo.
mmmmmmmmm...... mmmmmmm. tasty...
