They are here! Not exactly the black panthers, but the Nation of Islam has invaded Logan. They have set up shop in front of the Logan County Courthouse.

In addition to the Nation Of Islam folk there is also a group for the Black Lawyers Association. You know what was missing from their gathering at the courthouse? Black people from Logan! There were a grand total of TWO at the gathering. The local NAACP and other groups have spoken out against them coming here simply because they are not needed. This is not a hate crime! Although it was horrible what happened to Ms. Williams she was there initially because she wanted to be there, even after one of Darling family beat the shit out of her on a couple of different occassions.

The latest twist in this case (which I just heard last night) is that the Williams woman is a mental case with the mind of a 13 year old. If true, this makes this crime even more depraved!
