Sopranos Finale

Apparently a lot of the TV sites are putting a lot of weight behind the look on Tony's face... that either that wasn't Meadow that opened the door, or something was wrong with her.

It didn't occur to me until just now. Wasn't Tony's father whacked in front of him at a family restaurant?

I also heard that in the credits at the end they listed some of the people in the restaurant and one of the character names was Phil Leotardo's son. Is that true? If it is true maybe the story does end with Tony getting killed and the look on Meadow's face was her seeing the assailant moving toward Tony.

Ahh, who cares? Any further analysis would make me one of those annoying uber-fans who get off on arguing this type shit.

On the other hand, these kinds of questions make me wonder -- will we see this beome the most streamed "video-on-demand" program ever as people hear these ideas and want to review it for clues?

Has the final episode of this program become the most energizing of its fans yet?

Nunley is right. We are approaching uber geekdom. Of course, I spent 6 hours talking about The Matrix Reloaded after watching it twice in a row (sneaking into the second one) on the day it came out. Me and Marv Ellis and 6 hours of crazed speculation about what might happen in the next one. And look where that left us.

FWIW, I just finished watching the series finale of Sopranos a second time and the Bloomfield diner scene will go down in the history of the best suspense ever created by a director and cast in a finale. Sheer genius! It was gorgeous. Each of the characters in that scene are just the type of people that you see at supper time in a north Jersey diner. Knowing the ending and watching the life pass as life passes is awsome.

Now, onward to Big Love!

Funny how polygamists in Philly are just guys with a bunch of girlfriends and lots of money to purchase each of them a house.

saw a promo for that last night... didn't get much from it except the guy was levitating and the look on his face made me think he had no idea why... i really miss prime time tv
