When cities/suburbs/streets get names that involve two words, they are very often jammed together to form a new/fake compound word. Interestingly, it's right here that outside agencies/voices frequently blow it -- they either take them back apart or put the emphasis on the wrong syllable.

And, now that I've rested and had food, I'm quite sure the question does, in fact, answer itself.
