Interesting photos. I'm assuming that a top section fell off, or it's just a really short tower.
Time to rig up a long wire and request STA...

We're back!
Less than eighteen hours after WFIN's tower collapsed around 4 Tuesday afternoon, WFIN was able to get back-on-the-air about 10:30 this morning.
We're operating with a long wire antenna--something pioneer radio stations were using back in the 1920's.
We're still working on plans to improve the quality of our signal, and make WFIN programming available to an even wide audience, while we determine what needs to be done to replace the transmitting tower on a permanent basis.

No mention of the long wire's environmental-impact paperwork or the R.F. exposure studies?
What about the statement that the long wire won't have any impact on an area of historical-significance?
Isn't there an indian burial ground or a bird migratory-path within 20 miles of Findlay?
