Drinking Bud Light Lime now. Not bad, but wouldn't want to replace my faves with it. I'm a disgrace to true beer drinkers, I guess, but I like Miller Lite, Mich Lite (NOT Ultra!), Rolling Rock, Coors Light, Bud Select, Bud Lite..
Fuck it I like beer.

Oh!
Michelob Honey Lager. Good body and great hoppy taste, but the aftertaste is way too sweet. I like Honey beers, but this just is not my favorite. Killians Honey wheat is still the best with its less sweet taste.
And what happens when you drink 6 different flavors of beer in a day with your friends? Damn! I feel like I drank a glass of chardonnay. Better stick to Pepsi One today.

Quick question: Was Zima ever considered a "beer"?
WTF was it? Do they still make it? Does anyone care?

1) No.
2) I don't know.
3) No.
4) No.
Actually, they may still be making it, altho I doubt it. Never see a spot for it. As for Mr. Dave, there are no disgraceful beer drinkers. Just disgraceful beers. And that, my brother, is strictly a matter of personal taste. Enjoy what you like.
I was told yesterday by the traffic girl that my abdomen will no longer be called a 'beer belly'. It's now classified as a 'liquid grain storage facility'. I like.

OK, I am going to show that I am more of a beer geek than my mother would like to admit.

Zima was a malted Beverage that ended production on October 10th, 2008. Left over inventory can still be found in warehouses and though out the distribution channel.

Preach it! I do like the Bud Light with lime, but more than two of them at a time upsets my stomach.genlock wrote:The simple existence of beer is a blessing.

If you want Bud Light with lime just buy the damn Coronas.
If you drink Bud Light with lime, or have ever even thought about drinking a Zima, you are female.
Nate, you know who I'm talking about, ya nancy.

I concur on the Zima. However, if I am female for drinking Bud Light Lime, so be it. I don't hate Corona but it is near the bottom of my list of preferences--just above Busch, 4 example.Bob Campbell wrote:If you want Bud Light with lime just buy the damn Coronas.

Ever had Corona from a can? That was a unique flavor. Bottled beer is not served at the pool side night club villas in Vegas so our buckets of coronas were filled with cans and plastic cups/limes while at the Tao in Vegas.Hoosier Daddy wrote:

I came within an ace of picking up a 12 pack of Presidente this past weekend. Dos Equis Lager Especial is a favorite of mine south of the border and in Califoria/Nevada, but it does not taste good in Philly or the NYC Metro area if purchased in bottle form.
In LA/San Diego, Dos Equis Amber quite similar in character to Yuengling Lager in Philly. But in Philly, Dos Equis Amber taste like a Yuengling that has been on the self for over a year. Yuck! Even the Dos Equis Amber on tap (keg beer) on the east coast has a stale taste.

Bob, the last time I saw you drink a beer, you had it wrapped in a napkin so your hand didn't get wet from the sweat. Who's the female??

Woot! Stopped by the local package store, and lo and behold...The Sam Adams Winter Classics were there! I started off with the Winter Lager(my favorite wheat beer), then the Old Fezziwig Ale (spicy), the Holiday Porter (chocolately), and finished up my session with the Boston Lager to cleanse the palate. *hic*

I finished up the Pittsburgh win with a great Full Moon dark wheat winter ale and a chicken cheesesteak. Full Moon should be available everywhere in the next two weeks.

I have to get gasoline in Jersey. I will pick up a case of Winter Harvest then. I did not find any in PA tonight.Big Media wrote:I will be on the lookout for the Sam Adams winter harvest beers. Can't wait. I still have some Oktoberfest.
