I'm somewhat surprised by the purchase...I'm STUNNED by the price!
There's a real good amount of money that lives under that signal (high-earners), but I'm not sure there's a good amount of money to be made with that signal. And, if Randy's wanting Cincinnati with that signal, he'll face the same issue that signal's had at either of its locations -- city-grade starts running out right where the famous hills Cincinnati's built on start to begin; in other words, it's a signal most people have to be very motivated to make use of.
