As if a no-fly zone could stop Bob Aaron, the man is a bad ass.

Who can declare a no-fly zone?

The FAA declares what's called a "TFR" or Temporary Flight Restriction around sites such as this. As of 1800Z on April 3,one does not exist over the site.

I'm not sure if that authority is in DC or it's been delegated to the local Flight Standards District office (FSDO) in Charleston.

Another Eyewitness News exclusive... Patrick McMurtry and Kennie Bass have revealed that they are now searching for bodies on the sight in Sissonville. Kennie was forced to leave an adjacent lot even though he had permission from the land owner. Gotta admit, at least he is trying hard to get the story to the public.

Turns out that 8's big EXCLUSIVE was dead wrong. We shouldn't hold our breath waiting for them to make a retraction though.

(From WOWK website)

Police were looking for a Dodge Pickup Truck and .22 magnum caliber rifles.

Charleston Police are looking for items related to the 2003 Kanawha County sniper shootings, according to information released Friday.

The sealed search warrant issued to the the Charleston Police Department was for a, "Dodge Pickup truck, .22 magnum caliber bullets, .22 magnum caliber ammunition, .22 magnum caliber casings, bullets, and ammunition components."

The information was released by Mike Clifford, the Charleston attorney representing Sandra Shaffer. She owns the 7626 Hughart Drive property where the search warrant was executed.

The search warrant names Shawn Lester as the person believed to have killed Gary Carrier, Jeanie Patton, and Okey Meadows Jr., the three people killed in the shootings.

Sorry "Chloesdude" but your WCHS heroes are once again reporting on rumor and not fact. Great exclusive!

hey tv, wchs said the truck and gun from day 1, if you actually took the time to pay attention you would have noticed that the "body" stuff was in addition to the gun and truck.... lesson: 13's info is like their picture when they're local, fuzzy and a bit blurred....... they shouldn't consider mike clifford, who's a defense attorney now, an authority on what the police are actually doing, he's just defending the lady who runs the obvious meth ring thats finally been broken up.

Give me a break. Most of what they report is a jumbled mess of rumor and confusion.
