Dish in Parkersburg DMA

Local into Local started June 3rd in the Parkersburg DMA. ABC is WVMH's D2 out of Clarksburg
and CBS is WDTV? What happened to the CHunt markets??? How does dish make these choices??

In the Wheeling DMA, we're getting WOUC 44 (PBS) out of Cambridge, Ohio. I'd rather get WNPB, but the OU station does feature students with a nightly newscast, which is well-done.
