So, I didn't listen to Roten's show this morning. I actually don't listen to it on a regular basis.

However, I was reading some MU message boards that mentioned Holliday's intro speech was a "cussing tirade" and should have been aired on a delay on the Sports Empire that is FS 1230/1420. Did anyone hear him actually refer to the speech as such? I mean, come on -- Holliday dropped a couple damns and a couple hells. But I guess that's enough for our resident religious nutjob to go crazy.

I'd love to have been a fly on the wall of that conversation between Swann and Roten...

Eventually, someone from Clear Channel Worldwide is going to get wind of Mr. Rotten's constant tirades against would be sponsors (who aren't for that reason), and Mr. Rotten will find other employment. I am shocked it has taken this long. Apparently, Don from Huntington advises the local Clear Channel Worldwide component on such matters.

Well, I am certain that airing any sports related ceremony and news conference in the Philly area has a mandatory delay after Chase Utley blurted out"World Phucking Champions" on local TV. It is not the first time, but it made some some people upset enough to call the FCC.
