Good News for Hallburn!!!!
CENTURY 21 SIGNS MAJOR LISTINGS
Signs Black Air strip, Hallburn Properties

The City of Hurricane could see some major development, more businesses, and jobs in the coming months.
A Century 21 brokerage has signed listings for the Black airstrip property and the Hallburn property, immediately adjacent to Walmart.
"These are prime locations," says Realtor Patrick Lucas. "We want to sell and help develop both sides of the hill. The location of these properties are ideal for businesses that want to be successful and take advantage of Walmart's traffic and the growth of Hurricane."
"We would love to see those properties developed," says Hurricane's Mayor Scott D. Edwards. "Bringing more jobs to Hurricane, more restaurants and more retail is one of our highest priorities."
Other Realtors have listed the properties in the past, and others have declined to list the homes next to Walmart, but Lucas says with the improving economy and the openings of Sheetz and Walgreens in the coming months, the timing is getting better every day.
"The worst days of the economy are slowly dropping behind us," Lucas says. "Hurricane is becoming a business district. Putnam County is growing everyday. With more customers, businesses will want to be in Hurricane."
Mayor Edwards is promising to use his clout to help market the properties. He says he will have them added to the city's web site and the Putnam County Development Authority's web site soon.
"I will get that done," Edwards promises. "I didn't know they weren't on the P.C.D.A. site."
PutnamLIVE.com recruited Lucas because of his reputation for selling commercial property and because Putnam County Realtors failed to follow-up on promises. Lucas was given an extensive tour of the homes and area next to Walmart as well as the air strip property. Within a few days, Lucas and his agency signed the listing agreements.
"The potential of these properties is huge," Lucas says. "This could become the largest shopping district in Putnam County."
The Black's airstrip property is approximately 20 acres. The P.C.D.A. owns about 20 acres next to Hurricane Marketplace. The Hallburn property is .618 acres. Next door, John Clay's property is 1.2 acres, and the Michael McDonald property is reportedly more than an acre. Each are located within a 1/4 mile of Interstate 64, which brings a high amount of traffic to the region.
To contact Lucas, please telephone 304-634-6275, or send an email to Patrick@HuntingtonListings.com.

But BAD news for the poor suckers who live in the neighborhood that Hallburn decides next to invade!

The asking price for that welfare abode is $399,000, up 99 grand from the previous price.
He must have shit golden bricks after eating 4 buckets of KFC.
According to him, his brother, mother-in-law, wife, my son, and himself are living there.
So where in the hell are they gonna live? I guess my son can stay with me.

I may or may not have made trips to Hurricane a couple or so years ago.
And someone may or may not have been neglected by her husband because he's so obsessed with Wal-Mart and Putnam officials.
Just sayin'.

You notice how he seems to no longer hold a deep hatred for Mayor Scott Edwards. What's up with that? This is like Batman letting the Joker help him list the bat cave for sale......assuming someone built an underground Walmart next to it, of course.

Actually, it would be more like the Penguin leveraging Wayne Enterprises to broker the selling his gentlemen's club and having Commissioner Gordon endorse the listing.Schaffer wrote:You notice how he seems to no longer hold a deep hatred for Mayor Scott Edwards. from the mayors perspective... if the city's most annoying citizen asked you to help him get out of town, wouldnt you be glad to help?

This article, and his new-found love of the mayor just further proves "It's all about Mark." If he's getting his way, he's happy as a clam.
When C21 comes back and makes him an offer based on VALUE of the land, and not what he thinks he should get, you'll see the guns turned on them as well.
