Teamsters Local 175 has filed a complaint with the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection against Capitol Beverage Co. for dumping out-of-date beers directly into a storm water drain on its property.
A better solution exists.

In other news, conservation officers responded to reports of fishermen being injured along the Elk River last night. One shaken victim, nursing minor injuries, said a large channel catfish "came right out of the water after me..."
