Mitt Romney buying Clear Channel? (the Borg)

Mitt Romney founded Bain Capitol, who is in the process of buying out Clear Channel. Its wholely owned subsidiary Premiere Radio syndicates Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, and a lot of other talk radio programs.

All mentioned are quite favorable to Mitt Romney....how interesting.

Yes it was Bill Clinton. I am not George Jr. biggest fan, but doesn't it seem like no matter what is going on it is Bush's fault. If an asteroid hits the planet next week it will be George to blame.

I think what the article was saying was that it won't be possible to END consolidation whilst W is still in the whitehouse, not that he caused it.

right, but it seems to me that if anybody were to end it, it wouldn't be from somebody in the same party as the one who signed it in... (all hail b.c. he can do no wrong he is the modern age political prophet. let's all get our knee pads on and kneel n pray towards his bronx office... creating any good visuals for you?)

and yes i'm pretty much implying that the GOP, in my opinion, doesn't have a good enough candidate to beat hilary or obama.

sorry to take this down that road... edit if you must. actually i kinda miss VOT now too. especially in a big election year.

Besides, check out the comments...a couple people try to tell these morons the truth, and they're immediately accused of being Republicans!

I, the coiner of Arp's Law ("The foundation of liberalism is the lie."), of course, find that fascinating and funny....liberals immediately assuming the bringers of truth simply must be the opposite of them....

Even liberals, at their core, know Arp's Law....

That's the nature of humans, by the way -- they all, at their core, know the truth...it's built in....hard-wired....

As to why conservative talk hosts "seem" to be for Romney (none of the majors has said), it might be because Republicans have no conservative candidate this time and Romney (along with Thompson) is as close as one can get.....

Nah. This cat's out for the bag for good. And I doubt that the next president will do much of anything about it, be it a democrat or republican.

I would like to see the current FCC disbanded for some more level-headed commissioners who actually care about doing their jobs and not going on morality crusades.
