How do you handle Halloween in terms of the myriad haunted houses and trick or treat times in each individual community?
Is this an easier question for the gay formats? Is it more difficult for Rock formats? Yes, our people have kids, but you still have to avoid being lame.

We're in the process of paging the times and dates on the website, along with an appropriate graphics scheme. One of the things we're trying to deal with is....our mindset. Yep. Where our website has been a 'complementary' offshoot of our radio presence, we're (painfully) working to turn around our thinking to more of a 'partnership'. Especially when we started getting hit counts on the site that were more than we ever thought possible. I'm trying to approach our operations with more of an emphasis on sound-sight integration. IOW, how do we reach out past the 'school/bus announcements' to really get their attention? Does this make any sense? If not, blame the delivery system, not the subject.
Aw crap, I jacked the thread, didn't I? I'm sorry...that was rude.
All formats are gay, depending on my mood at the time. Currently, I'm listening to my 3rd Beach Boys tune of the day, with the Beatles sure to follow. Right now, I'm thinking Oldies are really gay. But, I'll get over it tomorrow.
Hey, thanks for throwin' me a line, Bird!

America is at that awkward stage.
It is too late to work within the system,
