Yeah, yeah we lost but heck...if we play a tight game like that the rest of the season we should be okay...unfortunately CUSA is on fire this year so its going to be tough competition...ECU beat UNC today(por exemplo) I'm satisfied with the VAST improvement from last week to this week..

I will have to say that Marshall put up a good fight for a few quarters!! The fans made the difference. Marshall and most other teams just cant keep up with the physical condition of WVU and the fact that they have a stacked backfield. Congrats Marshall fans on a hell of a try!!! See ya next year in Morgantown, and the next year!
Marshall did play tough for a while, but to use ECU as an example is weak. My Tar Heels suck. Even with Butch Davis as coach, they're a couple years away from good.
Of course, the game also means that if WVU is ranked 3, Marshall must be in the top 25.
Yeah but we play Cincy the next week at their house & they looked good Thursday night...but we may catch a break with Memphis..their game with Ark State got cancelled and rescheduled for Sep 27..we play them on Oct 2 so they only have 5 days to prepare..plus their Ark game is on the road...
But...we HAVE to be able to win on the road..no questions asked...we only one road win from last year.....
