Last time I offered loans for more than 20% A.P.R., I got busted for loansharking!
I wonder where this company is located so they can bypass banking regulations.

I bet they cannot make loans in WV.*Subject to credit approval. Additional documentation required.
Loans made to residents of California, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah will be underwritten and funded by CashCall. Loans made to residents of all other states (excluding Iowa, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, West Virginia and Wisconsin) will be underwritten and funded by First Bank of Delaware (Member FDIC).

From the Testimonials at Cashcall.com
Just Miss a payment Chris B. ..... and I bet one of your wife's will fork over more than the 1st born.To whom it may concern:
I recently called Cashcall as a last resort to help me get a foothold on life. Your rep Sean Cowell spoke with me via chat and walked me through everything that I needed. It was done so quickly and painlessly that my head was spinning by the end. I have never dealt with a company who was willing to give the little guy a chance without feeling like I was selling my first born. Sean was awesome and deserves a raise or a 3 week paid vacation. I am going to recommend CashCall to everyone I meet, even if they don't need a loan. Thanks Again!
Your newest fan!

Do you have any idea how much I'm lovin' seeing that.....?
Shouldn't be....there's gotta be something critical we're missing. (I haven't gone to the website.) Is the company in the US?K-Rock wrote:This is even legal?genlock wrote:Just saw a commercial for CashCall.com during the NASCAR race.

Typically, such services have been and said just that -- "we're services charging a service fee on our service, not interest on a loan." To list an actual APR......uh, wow.

Yup.fanofbigmedia wrote:It pisses me off that they can get away with such predatory lending practices. The sad reality is the people who would apply for this type of loan are the ones who have already maxed out all their credit cards and are borrowing money to make the payments on said credit cards.

Eat shit and die, you scum banks and your 125% loan to value.
Because the knowledge level and research ability of so many customers has gone so far up, an ever-increasing percentage of the money a car dealer makes is coming from dumb people who don't do the smart things but do lots of the dumb things, and car dealers are directing their broadcast advertising more and more to those dumb people.
You're a co-conspirator with the scum banks.
