tOSU gets $5 million to take WPBO off the air, while Daystar pockets $8.5 million to move WTSF to High-VHF.

This is really a good deal for some public tv stations.
They can just take the money and run.
Make a deal for a cable channel or somebody's multiplex
broadcast channel. I think if you are on a multiplex channel,
You are not encumbered with FCC regulations (at least as much)
as you were when you were a primary transmitter. All you will need is
a manager, and a person to sell underwriting and membership.
A few clerks and someone to contract productions and grants.
Oh, and someone to do the books. Outsource everything else.
