Happening for the last several hours...
I've logged the following cities so far on a car radio:
Abilene, TX
Oklahoma City
Dallas
Tyler, TX
Kansas City
Dodge City, KS
Lawton, OK
Lafayette, LA
Beaumont, TX
And, the most significant catches of the evening -- 93.7 the Arrow, and 94.5 the Buzz out of Houston. That's about 1,100 air miles from here.
Locals less than 20 miles away are hard to receive. What I can hear, there's stuff underneath it. The local NPR station's HD won't decode because of it.
You guys are getting clobbered tonight...

Re: Big eskip opening
The window has slowly closed, but I also got:
Classical WQCS 88.9 Ft. Pierce, FL -- full HD-1 lock
News/Talk KURM 100.3 Gravette, AR -- HD triggered, no lock. Not bad for an "A".
Christian contemporary KLTY 94.9 Dallas -- no HD.
Cut me some slack here...

There once was a time when a 1,000+ mile DX catch at least got a "Oh wow. That's neat".Cameron wrote:I'm picking 106.5 "The End" outta' Charlotte.
