stemmed from our lawsuit involving the Walmart construction. It’s a tactic used by civil defense attorneys to intimidate plaintiffs. And their “hired gun” psych is just that. A man paid by the defense. He tried to intimidate me, I stood up to his act, and he trashed me. Apparently you are so naive as to think he would say, “Mr. Mark is an outstanding citizen that was harassed for months on end, 24/7 by your construction workers.” Won’t happen. That’s not how the lawyer punk a-holes work."
