About 0730 on Monday morning (12/13), WQCW dropped video signal.
For a period there was nothing, then the CW bug appeared in lower left corner.
Sporadic random audio was added later and voices and keyboard sounds were heard.
A voice said "Are you sure?" or something like that. at one time.
Most assuring was that time and temperature were correct on the bug.

Video returned but it was the CBS overnight news feed. No local id's.
At 0811, wsaz/wqcw news returned. Some sporadic picture problems remained.
No references to the outage were made.
