Halliburn plans to sue Blogger for defamation/libel/whatever

It is worth noting the blogger in question is a native West Virginian, WVU alum and worked in Charleston for a few years before getting a job with the DC Examiner

This was just a few steps down the hall from the WKLC Rock 105 control room. He dreamed of replacing the 105 PD, Bill Bopp, but owner Lynn Martin didn't see it that way. Before he was fired from the St. Albans stations, he got fired from Best Buy in Huntington, as a sales clerk. He's a real piece of work.

I'd LOVE to know if he's even married and has a baby. I mean...what woman in her right mind would marry or even bonk a man like this?

His story was that he returned from California with his wife to care for wife's aged and ill mother.
I think the mother has croaked and Hallburn and his wife now have the estate.
The estate value (house) is supposedly worth less now that Wal*Mart is a neighbor.
I suspect that Wal*Mart would not purchase the house or mom did not die quick enough.
The situation with the big store is maybe a bid to get them to buy the house.
I have no idea why he has taken on the Putnam county government other than
Wal*Mart called the cops to stop trespassing and harassment of the workers there.
I would think that a house close to a shopping center would be a bonanza for
business opportunities for someone who didn't want a quick buck.
Someone please send the blogger chick a picture of Mark and the fish.
Mark also did not last long as a reporter/web guy at a crappy TV station
near myrtle Beach.
